As an institution aware of its responsibility towards environmental values, BARAN KABLO A.Ş. works with our suppliers and customers to minimize our environmental impacts in the processes of supplying our products to the production stage and disposal from their use in our cable production activities.
With the awareness that the protection and improvement of the environment we live in is an integral part of our business, we aim to further increase the quality of our products, inputs and activities by minimizing their impact on the environment.

In accordance with this purpose, we declare and undertake the following;
- By constantly reviewing our human and environmental-oriented activities, we will take the necessary measures to minimize negative environmental impacts and work to prevent occupational accidents and diseases.
- We will adopt a life-cycle approach that will ensure the reduction, separation and reuse of waste. In addition, we will take the necessary measures for the disposal of wastes that require legal disposal.
- We will continuously review our quality, environmental and occupational health and safety practices and improve them to set an example for our competitors and stakeholders. In this process, we will use technological developments with a risk-oriented approach, taking into account the demands, expectations and needs of the society.
- We will try to reduce the waste generated as a result of our productions and daily activities at its source and try to implement recovery opportunities as much as possible.
- We offer equal opportunities to our employees and shareholders and create a suitable working environment for them. In addition, we will invest in their development and provide health and safety conditions.
- We will ensure that our products and services are developed within the scope of sustainable-sector and used in recyclable energy. In addition, we will take care of issues such as energy efficiency, waste management, equal opportunity, sustainable marketing, sustainable logistics and transportation, occupational health and safety.
- From the design stage, we will consider technologies that provide energy efficiency and are environmentally friendly when creating all processes.
- We will set targets to ensure the continuity and development of the Environmental Management System and aim to continuously improve it by supporting periodic review activities with trainings.
