Baran Kablo’s XLPE / ICAT / LSOH / P1TY1 Instrumentation Cable is designed for use in electronic control systems, communication and telecommunication technologies, the petrochemical industry, and other commercial and industrial applications. This cable is equipped with both individual and overall shielding, providing high reliability and protection for signal transmission.

This model is manufactured using an HFFR compound (halogen-free, low smoke, flame retardant, and low toxicity self-extinguishing), which prevents the spread of flames and produces very little smoke in the event of a fire. These features minimize the emission of toxic gases during a fire and preserve visibility during emergencies, making it suitable for environments with especially high safety requirements.

The XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation material offers excellent electrical properties and high temperature resistance, while the ICAT (individual aluminum foil shielding) and LSOH (low smoke, halogen-free) jacket provide superior protection against environmental influences and mechanical stress. This combination enhances the cable’s durability against harsh environmental conditions and electromagnetic interference, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.
